Your performance is ranked using VIP RATE, a custom scoring system that considers your betting volume, bet type, and net losses. VIP RATE is a unique scoring system used in this promotion to rank high-value players, calculated using a weighted combination of your total betting activity and your Net Loss Ratio.

The formula is VIP RATE = (X + Y × 3) × K, where X = Total amount wagered in Casino, Y = Total amount wagered in Sportsbook (multiplied by 3 to balance expected returns between casino and sports betting), and K = Net Loss Multiplier — a coefficient that increases based on how much more a player has lost than won over time. The higher the Net Loss Ratio, the higher the K multiplier, making it more likely that consistently losing high-volume players rank at the top.

The Gift Store opens for 5 days after each 3-month cycle ends. Only the Top 5 players by VIP RATE can use their Tickets to redeem exclusive rewards, including physical goods and bonus funds. Bonus funds must be wagered at minimum odds (e.g., 1.01) before withdrawal.
